Thanks to in-house extrusion of materials we can reduce set-up time for film to the minimum, while testing new blends directly during the thermoforming stage.

So we have the necessary know-how to establish important characteristics, such as performance, safety and cost of materials, which we define based on customer and product requirements.
The production cycle
Thanks to considerable expertise gained in the thermoforming sector, we can cover the entire production cycle at our plant, from identification and production of raw materials to multilayer extrusion, from thermoforming to delivery of end-products.
Pluses for customers
Multilayer extrusion is a really big plus for Arcoplastica customers as we can study and personalise raw materials, creating ad hoc blends of plastic, in addition to the 30 types already found in our catalogue.
